Our main goal at LIFT is to create a welcoming environment where members gain confidence in correctly and safely LIFT heav(ier) weights! Strength is the foundation of fitness - when you build a strong base, you can grow higher - meaning, you can graduate into more difficult movements and variations.
It isn’t calorie-counting or workout totals that keep our members returning. It is the people, members and staff, that count.
Our staff cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves. Our members’ goals are specific and if we can assist in that journey to realizing their aspirations then we have truly helped them change their life.
