Matt Scanlon

I have been training in the fitness industry since the mid 2000's. Over the years I have developed a way of taking complex movements and simplifying them for anyone to execute safely and effectively. As a husband and father of two young children, when I'm not training the gym, you can find me spending time with them. Most of my "off-time" is spent on family excursions or low-key, relaxing days in our home.

Matt's fitness philosophy:

I am not a "yell in your face for two more reps" type of trainer. Moderation and consistency are the best habits to develop when starting a healthy lifestyle. My job as a personal trainer is to assist in developing those habits and build confidence in your ability to accomplish difficult tasks. For me, it is motivating to see clients continuing to build strength and endurance.
