Being active and staying physically fit boils down to one thing: staying consistent. It doesn't matter how much time or how intense or how much weight....it matters if you keep coming back, day after day.
For me, it took many years to understand this. I started to realize how lifting weights, breaking a sweat, and being in a true gym community all made me feel more confident. This confidence started spilling over into other areas of my life - making better food choices, drinking more water, getting better sleep, etc,.
When I opened LIFT, this was the message I wanted to spread. Be consistent with your workouts and find a few gym-friends in the process. It wasn't going to be a special "zone" or a special piece of equipment. LIFT is a place that has friendly, hard-working people, all trying to be consistent with his/her fitness. The workouts
